Hi, I’m Victoria — a therapist with a passion for helping people reconnect with their inner strength and live more a meaningful, fulfilling life. Outside of therapy, I’m an avid dog lover and someone who finds joy in bringing a little light and laughter into the lives of others. These joyful parts of my personal life reflect what I bring to my professional work: warmth, hope, and a deep belief in people’s ability to grow and heal. I know life can feel overwhelming at times.
Whether you're facing anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, or just trying to make sense of your path, therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and move forward with intention. My role is to walk alongside you — creating a safe, supportive environment where you feel seen, heard, and empowered. I tailor therapy to fit each individual because no two people are the same. I integrate a variety of approaches based on your needs, including Solution-Focused Therapy, Positive Psychology, Gestalt Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Person-centered Therapy.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in the belief that even in life’s darkest moments, there is always light. I view life as a story — one where you hold the pen.
