I've always been deeply curious about people—their stories, relationships, and what helps them heal and grow. For more than 10 years, I worked in entrepreneurship, leadership, and coaching, supporting people through growth, uncertainty, and change. It was during those years that I became increasingly fascinated by human psychology and the patterns that shape how we think, feel, and relate to ourselves and others. That curiosity inspired me to earn my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Fordham University and pursue a career as a therapist.
Today, I work with adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, self-esteem, relationship challenges, stress, and life transitions. My approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing from CBT, REBT, ACT, EMDR, and mindfulness-based interventions. Together, we'll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen your emotional resilience, and develop practical tools that support lasting change.
I believe therapy is about more than reducing symptoms. It's about helping people better understand themselves, build healthier relationships, and create lives that feel authentic, meaningful, and aligned with their values.
