I am a compassionate, trauma-informed therapist who works with adolescents, young adults, and adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. I have a special interest in supporting clients who struggle with intense emotions, self-esteem issues, attachment wounds, self-harm, identity exploration, and challenges with emotional regulation. I also provide LGBTQ+ affirming care and strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel safe being their authentic selves.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. I primarily use evidence-based approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to help clients better understand themselves, manage difficult emotions, build healthier coping skills, improve relationships, and create meaningful change in their lives. I believe therapy should be a space where clients feel both validated and challenged to grow at a pace that feels safe and empowering.
