I thrive in working with individuals experiencing trauma, stress, anxiety, or depression who may not yet recognize how their unique lived experiences have shaped these feelings. Many come in feeling stuck or unsure of how to move forward, seeking a deeper understanding of themselves. I aim to help clients find their voice and regain a sense of control through collaborative, individualized work that supports meaningful, lasting change.
I approach therapy with curiosity, compassion, and respect for each person’s story. I believe growth happens when clients feel truly heard and understood. Together, we move at a pace that feels comfortable—exploring patterns and strengths while building tools to help you feel more grounded and confident in your daily life.
Seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you're used to carrying things on your own. You don’t have to have it all figured out. I offer a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you can show up as you are. Together, we’ll explore your story, build insight, and help you feel more in control and empowered.
