Hello and Welcome! My name is Saby Montoya. I am a child of immigrants and I identify as Afro Latina. I am fluent in Spanish, as well. I am a US Army veteran and I was stationed at Fort Hood. I am currently finishing my master’s program in Mental Health Counseling. My treatment specialties include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and holistic psychotherapy. With a holistic perspective, I collaboratively work with my clients, integrating evidence-based techniques and innovative, non-traditional approaches to facilitate a comprehensive healing journey. Throughout our sessions, we highlight the mind, body, and spirit as an interconnected whole, with the goal of achieving balance and optimal wellnessI have worked as a care manager for over three years and supported clients seeking relief from depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, PTSD, substance dependency, and more.
