Life is full of challenges, and growth is a lifelong process. I strive to create a warm, safe, and supportive space where children (ages 6+), adolescents, and adults (including members of the LGBTQ+ community) feel seen, respected, and valued. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and challenges related to self-esteem, relationships, and stress. I also have a strong interest in child and adolescent mental health and supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and neurodiversity, using a strengths-based and affirming approach.
In our work together, I focus on building a genuine, trusting relationship where you feel comfortable showing up as you are. My approach is client-centered and collaborative, integrating cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic, and person-centered techniques tailored to your unique needs. Together, we'll develop coping skills, explore patterns, and build greater self-awareness so you can navigate emotions with more confidence and clarity. When working with children, I incorporate developmentally appropriate, play-based strategies to support emotional and behavioral growth. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more connected, and more like yourself while creating meaningful, lasting change.
