I'm trained and certified in advanced cognitive behavioral therapy. My clinical experience as a CBT therapist has allowed me to treat individuals with anxiety and depressive-related symptoms, perfectionism, sexual orientation, communication skills, and low self-esteem. CBT is an action-oriented talk therapy structured to focus on the present, problem-focused, and skill-building.
