Life can feel overwhelming when you are carrying stress, trauma, anxiety, past experiences, or the pressure of always having to stay strong. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as you work toward healing, balance, and reconnecting with yourself.
I am a Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a military veteran myself. My personal understanding of military culture, combined with my clinical experience supporting individuals through trauma, substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions, allows me to connect with clients from a place of compassion, respect, and understanding.
My approach combines evidence based counseling with a whole person wellness perspective. I believe healing involves the mind, body, and the experiences that shape us. Through individual counseling, group therapy, wellness techniques, mindfulness, and practical coping strategies, I help clients build resilience, manage life’s challenges, and reconnect with their strengths.
I believe healing does not always have to feel heavy. Growth can include reflection, empowerment, and even moments of laughter. My goal is to help you work through life’s challenges while rediscovering joy, confidence, and the parts of yourself you may have forgotten.
