About
Matthew

Are you struggling with anxiety, self-defeating behaviors, shame, depression, or holding onto painful feelings and memories? Do you feel you don't truly understand yourself, your friends, your spouse, or your partner? Together, you and I can explore and help you recognize your true, deep-rooted feelings and help you resolve them. By looking into our beliefs, emotions, early-life experiences, and thoughts, we can recognize recurring patterns and develop proper coping mechanisms to avoid our distress and move forward.

Matthew has worked with a diverse population, including individuals with self-defeating behaviors, anxiety, depression, shame, and anger. Matthew advocates mental health and is passionate about destigmatizing mental health in shame-based cultures.

Trying something new can be scary, but all it takes is a step of faith to start your journey. If you want a compassionate, caring, and collaborative counselor, book a session, and start your walk to freedom.
