You may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected beneath the surface. My goal is to create a collaborative and safe space where you feel supported, understood, and not alone in the process. Together, we will explore emotional patterns, relational dynamics, and life experiences with curiosity and cultural humility. I bring empathy, openness, and sometimes a touch of humor to the work. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, complex family dynamics, grief, life transitions, or relationship challenges, I will help you develop further insight and tools to overcome these challenges.
My approach integrates psychodynamic, somatic, and cognitive-behavioral therapies to support emotional awareness and processing. I received my master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from The City College of New York. I was also a BIPOC Fellow at the Blanton-Peale Institute & Counseling Center, where I worked with individuals and couples.
