Seeking support can feel overwhelming, and I strive to create a welcoming, supportive space where clients feel comfortable, heard, and respected.
I earned my Master of Science in Education MSEd in School Counseling in 2016 and an Advanced Certificate of Advanced Study in Mental Health Counseling in 2024, both from Alfred University. My clinical training and experience have prepared me to work with adults in individual therapy, supporting concerns such as anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, grief, depression, and life transitions.
I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and incorporate trauma-informed, person-centered, and strengths-based approaches. I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative, and I work alongside clients to identify goals and develop a treatment plan that feels meaningful and realistic.
I aim to provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore challenges, build coping skills, and gain insight at their own pace. I currently provide services in English and work with adult individuals seeking support for emotional well-being and personal growth.
