About
Kenny

I provide a safe, caring, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for my clients. In our work together, we will focus on your personal goals and utilize a highly individualized approach to help you find more balance, joy, and fulfillment in your life. I work with individuals and couples with a variety of needs and issues, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, grief/loss, stress, anger, self-esteem issues, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.

In addition to being a clinical mental health counselor, I am also a professional musician, which gives me a unique perspective in understanding the challenges of being an artist or performer, but I love working with individuals from all walks of life.

My style is warm and authentic, and I integrate multiple modalities into the sessions, including cognitive behavioral therapy, gestalt therapy, mindfulness, and person-centered therapy. In addition, I use the Gottman Method, a comprehensive, evidence-based approach, in my work with couples. I am greatly looking forward to meeting you and helping you accomplish your goals.
