I believe therapy should be a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and self-compassion. My approach is collaborative, affirming, and grounded in creating a safe environment where clients can explore their experiences openly and authentically.
I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, identity exploration, relationship and family dynamics, life transitions, and cultural concerns. I also have specialized interest in LGBTQIA+ affirming care, fertility and TTC journeys, perinatal and postpartum mental health, grief and bereavement, and end-of-life support.
Drawing from evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and family systems work, I tailor treatment to each individual’s unique needs and goals. I value helping clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, improve emotional well-being, and foster more meaningful connections with themselves and others.
Whether you are processing a difficult transition, healing from past experiences, coping with loss, or seeking deeper self-understanding, therapy can provide a space for growth, resilience, and lasting change. My goal is to help clients feel supported as they move toward a more grounded and fulfilling life.
