Claudie Li, MHC-LP, is a bilingual therapist (English and Mandarin) who works with young adults and adults navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, workplace stress, and emotional regulation concerns. Her clinical approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), complemented by psychodynamic and attachment-based perspectives. This integrative style allows Claudie to help clients understand the deeper roots of their patterns while developing practical tools for meaningful and sustainable change.
Having lived and studied in both China and the United States, Claudie brings strong cultural sensitivity to her work and is particularly attuned to the experiences of individuals managing cross-cultural identities, social expectations, and language or adjustment-related stress.
