Life’s challenges—whether anxiety, depression, past trauma or major life transitions—can feel overwhelming, leaving you stuck and unsure of how to move forward. But even in those struggles, there is room for growth and healing. I strive to create a compassionate, judgment-free space where you can explore your emotions, gain clarity, and build the tools needed to navigate life’s difficulties.
I take a holistic approach that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit, tailoring therapy to your unique needs. I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Long Island University and have experience as a therapeutic case planner, ABA therapist, and crisis counselor for suicidal patients. My work has focused on supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and suicidal ideation.
As a New York City native, I understand the complexities of diversebackgrounds and have dedicated my career thus far to working withunderprivileged and marginalized communities. I am passionate aboutbreaking the stigma around mental health and empowering individuals to stepinto their strength, heal, and live more fulfilling lives.
