I offer a grounded, supportive space for adults to slow down, feel heard, and begin working through what has been weighing on them. I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem, and emotional regulation difficulties. My style is thoughtful, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, with an emphasis on helping individuals feel deeply understood while building insight and creating meaningful change.
My approach is trauma-informed and person-centered, integrating CBT, DBT, ACT, and strengths-based therapy. I support individuals in deepening self-awareness, strengthening coping, refining boundaries and communication, and shifting emotional and relational patterns with greater intention. I provide therapy in English and work with adults seeking a more grounded, clear, and connected way of living.
