About
Hannah

Hannah empowers clients to overcome low self-esteem, work stress, low motivation, and feelings of inauthenticity in their daily lives. She guides clients through relationship conflicts stemming from trauma, anxiety, or trust issues. Clients seek her out as a nonjudgmental therapist to process their experiences, including family challenges, romantic insecurities, and feelings of loneliness, sadness, or despair. Hannah gained her clinical experience working in an outpatient substance use clinic and supporting individuals and families involved with the Administration for Children's Services.

Hannah collaborates with clients of all religious backgrounds, helping them explore their current struggles within the context of their faith. She applies cognitive behavioral techniques to guide clients in identifying thought patterns that influence their emotions or actions. Through this process, clients learn to reshape these thought patterns, empowering them to overcome harmful self-criticism and build confidence.

Hannah brings over six years of experience working in clinical settings. She prioritizes providing culturally competent therapy to ensure clients of all identities and backgrounds feel comfortable discussing their lives during sessions. She acknowledges and highlights each individual's unique strengths that contribute to their resilience in the face of challenges.
