Specializing in work with pre-teens, adolescents, and adults, I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients can feel seen, understood, and empowered. I help individuals navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, and life transitions. For children and teens, I also provide support with school-related issues such as academic stress, peer relationships, and self-esteem, helping them build resilience both inside and outside the classroom.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Trauma-Informed Care, I support clients in developing coping skills, building resilience, and creating meaningful change. Each session is designed to meet clients where they are and help them move toward their personal goals.
