I am a psychotherapist who offers a thoughtful, integrative approach to care. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate environment where individuals feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow.
I am trained in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and utilize evidence-based strategies to support positive behavior change and skill development. I completed my Advanced Certificate in Mental Health Counseling at the University at Buffalo. My background as a school counselor has provided me with valuable experience supporting individuals through academic pressures, social challenges, and family-related concerns.
I work with adolescents and adults and utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Person-Centered Therapy. I help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing healthy coping skills and building resilience. I have experience working with anxiety, trauma, ADHD, adjustment disorders, relationship concerns, family conflict, life transitions, and stress management.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I strive to meet clients where they are. Together, we work toward meaningful change, increased self-awareness, and the achievement of personal goals in a supportive and nonjudgmental space.
