I believe healing starts when you feel truly seen and heard. In our sessions, this is your time and space - free of judgment. My role is to create a warm, safe environment where you can share your story and we can navigate what you’re facing together.
I lean on collaborative therapies - Personal Construct, Narrative, and Solution-Focused - that honor you as the expert on your life. That means less emphasis on labels and more on your strengths and unique perspective. When helpful, I also draw from Person-Centered work and CBT.
I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Touro University and have a strong background in addictions counseling. I’ve supported people with co-occurring addiction and mental health challenges, individuals living with disabilities, and those rebuilding after justice involvement.
My focus includes depression, grief, trauma, and recovery from suicidal thoughts. If you’re looking for compassionate, steady support, I’m here to listen and help you find a path that feels true to you.
