I am glad you are here. Finding a counselor where you feel safe, seen, and supported is an important first step. I enjoy guiding adolescents, young adults, and adults through life’s complexities—whether you are navigating college stressors, anxiety, substance use, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, or major career & life transitions.
I bring to my counseling a 20+ year career working in the college setting supporting students with academic success and life stressors and leading teams of professionals. I understand how deeply our environments, relationships, and internal worlds are connected as students and professionals.
I hold Master’s degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (St. John Fisher University) and Human Resource Development (RIT). To support the whole person, my integrative approach combines evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused work with trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and somatic practices.I help clients connect mind and body to regulate the nervous system and build lasting resilience. Counseling doesn’t have to feel overwhelming or intimidating. I enjoy integrating humor, practical metaphors, and a strengths-based focus to help you move from simply surviving to genuinely thriving.
