I am an Asian American therapist, specializing in trauma therapy. I am dedicated to supporting individuals healing from PTSD, complex trauma or C-PTSD, and other trauma-related challenges, as well as those navigating anxiety, depression, and the pressures of daily life. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported.

In our work together, my focus will be on helping you understand how trauma affects your body, mind, and relationships, process difficult emotions safely, and regain a sense of control and empowerment. Together, we will uncover unhelpful patterns, strengthen emotional resilience, and build practical tools to manage stress, anxiety, and overwhelming feelings. You will also develop a deeper connection with your values, sense of purpose, and inner strength, allowing you to live with more clarity, confidence, and hope.

I will help to share your burdens and discover solutions that work for you, creating a personalized path toward healing, growth, and self-understanding.
