There are moments in life that feel heavy, when you’re carrying a lot but don’t always have the space or support to process it all. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, low self-worth, emotional overwhelm, or relationship challenges, I aim to create a space where you can slow down, feel supported, and reconnect with yourself. My approach is warm, present, and rooted in the belief that healing begins when you feel truly seen and heard.
I take a holistic approach that honors the connection between mind, body, and emotional experience. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based practices to help you build insight, manage stress, and strengthen your relationship with yourself. Every session is shaped around your goals and needs, allowing the process to unfold in a way that feels authentic and empowering.
I hold a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from NYU and am passionate about helping people feel grounded, understood, and empowered in their healing process.
