Amy is a non-judgmental, compassionate, and empathetic therapist who values a strong therapeutic alliance built upon a foundation of trust and rapport. She takes a holistic approach to counseling based on the mind and body connection. Amy believes that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are all interconnected.
Amy completed her Masters in Counseling from the University at Buffalo and received her M.S. Ed. with a certification in School Counseling from Saint Bonaventure University.
