As a mental health therapist, the compassion I have for people makes me a person most people trust. I make everyone feel good and hopeful in the most vulnerable or challenging times of their lives. I let every individual that I encounter know that they are special no matter the situation they may be in. I am someone people from all walks of life can relate to and feel comfortable expressing their most vulnerable thoughts and feelings too. It brings me great joy and contentment to assist individuals to the best of my ability.

I will be able to assist individuals with proven research results on how to make informed and healthy decisions about themselves and their relationships.  I believe a healthy mind is the key to living a fruitful and successful life. I focus on giving a holistic mind and body approach to mental health care to individuals facing mental illness.
