Is the feeling of anxiety and/or depression making it hard for you to live the life that you truly want? To be the best version of yourself that you know you can be?

It can be hard to start therapy. But with courage, strength, and support, therapy can help you learn more about yourself. You can become the version of yourself you want to be through increased self-awareness, examining your relationships, and practicing learned skills. I am here to listen to you and support you. I would love to help you become more aware of your struggles and how to overcome them.

As an immigrant woman in the LGBTQ+ community, I can appreciate the nuances of your different identities and how they make you who you are. I grasp how challenges with culture and identity can impact your feelings of depression and anxiety, and influence other struggles. My therapy is tailored to your goals and needs. I use various therapeutic techniques to help you identify patterns and behaviors that keep you from fulfilling your goals and having meaningful relationships.
