My role as a therapist is to walk alongside you listening, supporting, and helping you find tools and strategies that fit your life and goals.
I earned both my Master’s degree and an Advanced Certificate in Mental Health Counseling from Alfred University, and I am also a Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor-Trainee (CASAC-T). This training, combined with over a decade of hands-on experience, has allowed me to support individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and major life transitions.
What I’ve learned throughout my work is that each person carries unique strengths, even when it doesn’t feel that way. Together, we’ll build on those strengths and create a safe space where you can explore what’s weighing on you, heal from past experiences, and move toward the future you want.
I take a collaborative, down-to-earth approach to counseling. This means our work will be shaped by your needs, your pace, and your voice. My goal is to help you feel empowered, understood, and supported, whether that’s learning new coping strategies, making healthier choices, or simply having a space where you can talk freely without judgment.
If you’re ready to begin this journey, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
