Yes! We offer group therapy on specific topics such as Grief and Bereavement, Trauma for Women, and a group focused on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). We add new groups frequently. We offer telehealth therapy. All sessions are conducted via a HIPAA Compliant Teleconference application.
We provide services to clients physically located in New York at the time of the session. As an example, if you reside in New Jersey but work in New York, you may hold sessions during your time in New York.
Our therapists specialize in specific issues such as stress, anxiety, relationships, parenting, depression, addictions, eating, sleeping, trauma, anger, family conflicts, LGBTQ struggles, grief, religion, self-esteem, and more. We also have therapists who utilize different modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy(CBT), Narrative Therapy, and many more.

Simply complete the Client Admission Form to provide us with your basic demographic information, a copy of your insurance card, driver’s license (if applicable), and the main reason you're seeking support.
We will verify your insurance and send you an email notification with your mental health benefits and estimated copayments or coinsurances. Our booking specialist will then reach out to you via email to schedule your first appointment with a therapist. Generally, the first appointment is scheduled within 24 hours, and the session takes place within 6 days of completing the Client Admission Form.
During your first session, your therapist will cover our confidentiality agreement and practice policies with you. They will also ask about your family background, prior mental health diagnoses, and your current relationships. Finally, you will work together to identify the goals you aim to achieve during therapy.
Yes. We aim to match you with a therapist aligned with your preferences and goals. Each therapist has a unique approach, so finding the right fit is key.
If your current therapist is not working out for you, just let us know and we will match you with a different therapist based on your needs.
You can cancel or reschedule an appointment at any time for any reason. However, we request that you provide your therapist with 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. You will be charged a fee for appointments cancelled less than 24-hours prior or without any cancellation notice.
